Hi, future students of Religious Studies I just want to drop some advice for this class and similar to other classes, if you want to do well in this course, putting in the effort is indeed necessary to do well! The quality of this course was phenomenal and I guarantee you will be learning so much from this class about issues and concepts that are still relevant today. Personally, the best thing that worked for me was following the schedule that has been laid out for you by our professor who put in a lot of effort to provide us the best he can during a pandemic. The medium posts that seem like they’re optional are actually very very helpful in helping you recap what you learned from each lesson and I would say that they helped me in preparing for my exams too!

However, what did NOT work for me was skipping one or two medium posts because doing so will lead you to skip a lot more than just two posts, so time management is key!!! A bit of advice I wished someone told me before the beginning of this course was that skipping the articles or podcasts given to us and not listening or reading them could also potentially have you missing information that might be on the exams…

In general, all the lessons were fascinating in their own way, but the most fun lesson I had learning about and hope you look forward to too is Jediism in Unit 4 near the end, unfortunately. :)

All the best, YOU GOT THIS!
